Everything will be planned out and in writing, so you know exactly what to expect. Our team will handle the details, from advising on materials to coordinating with trusted local professionals.

Our experienced team, including a designer, painter, handyman, landscaper, and stager, will work with you to make your home as appealing as possible. We will personally guide you through every step, making sure the process is smooth and stress-free. Together, we’ll choose the right look and feel for your home to attract buyers; while honoring the memories and effort you’ve put into it over the years.

We believe in keeping things simple and predictable. You’ll have a written plan and we’ll  be there to ensure everything is completed to the highest standards. You won’t have to worry about the details - our team will and keep you updated regularly, whether you’re in town or out of state. If you prefer, we can send video updates showing you the progress.

Once your home is ready, you receive a written marketing plan with our proven marketing strategies to attract the right buyers for your unique home.  Our process is smooth and transparent, so you know who is showing your home, when they are showing your home, and any feedback from their buyers. We put this showing feedback in a report for you so there is no guessing and no surprises. We keep you informed every step of the way until your home sells.
